This project by ARTium is a superb example of how focusing on key elements can completely transform a home. The footprint for this project was relatively unchanged, but the removal of a half-wall and the thorough updating of the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, front entrance, den and powder room makes this feel like a new home.
Timeless fixtures and finishes and careful attention to lighting created a stunning and unified main floor that will be appreciated for years to come.
