This 70s-style home was spacious, but the rooms were chopped up and isolated. It was dark and had limited views to the back yard.
Lagois Design-Build-Renovate brought the entire home into the light with the removal of interior walls, an expanded front entry, and a bright addition to expand the kitchen.
The rear addition leads to a large covered deck that integrates beautifully with the kitchen’s large windows and patio doors; and the addition at the front of the house, also with large windows, enhances the home’s curb appeal and adds much needed space to welcome guests.
The kitchen is now an entertainer’s dream with a large island connected to the living and dining rooms, large appliances and ample storage. A few steps down from the kitchen is a new mudroom with custom cabinetry, pantry storage, and access to the finished garage.
